The products we offer in digital format include books and other scientific materials such as articles, magazines, audiobooks, and educational videos.
(Products are downloadable files. After payment, the download link will be automatically sent to your email address. In fact, you will download the book file and you can save and read it on your computer, mobile, and tablet).
Payment
Due to the fact that our products are digital products, it is not possible to refund the money after completing the purchase. However, if you request to replace the product, we can offer you another product with a 50% discount. But it is not possible to repay the previous amount.
Delivery Time
In automatic payment, product delivery is instantaneous. But in manual payment, the product is delivered after payment confirmation, which is usually between 1 to 12 hours.
For books where the download link is not active, it will be sent to your email address within 1 to 12 hours.
"Order Us" products
About products for which the "Add to Cart" icon is not enabled, or orders that are not yet on the site; after ordering, we will inform you of the amount and delivery time. And the amount of the orders will be taken and the download link will be sent after payment. But if for any reason orders are not available, your amount will be refunded in full.

All information you enter on the site when ordering and purchasing the product is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
